We were blown away with the condo. The accomodations were far more than we expected. I hope we left everything in the right place. One little comment I do have is that it would be a good idea to supply the kitchen with salt, pepper and sugar. Having to buy these staples on vacation is very hard and a waste since they are sold in large quantitites (therefore we did without).
We want to thank the resort for the cleanliness of the grounds and definitely the politeness of everyone. We checked out at 6am and realized that we forgot to return our pool access card the evening before, so we returned it to the security guard as we left. The security guard then asked my husband to fill in a form and said that our 10$ deposit would be returned to us by mail. To be honest we did not expect this to happen but sure enough yesterday in the mail we received a nice letter with our 10$. This is a class act!
A phenomenal place that I have already recommended to my friends (who are planning to travel next year to disney) and we'll be back for sure.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave.

We never had a chance to say thanks for helping us out after hurricane Katrina. We had left New Orleans and we were stranded in a hotel with our two boys, when my wife spoke to you on the phone. You set us up in a new developed condo and a great place. Thanks again for your help. My boys still talk about the great condo that you found for us. We want to thank you for renting your fabulous condo to us this past week. We had a wonderful time! Everything was just lovely. It was great for us to be able to stretch out and be comfortable - with two teen-agers and an 11 year old, hotel rooms are not fun anymore! But, not only was it great to have so much room, comfort and convenience, it was all just so NICE. And the pool was wonderful. Everything about Dukeroos and surroundings enabled us to have a much-needed, relaxing and fun family time. Especially since our oldest is leaving for college for the first time next week, I had hoped for a special time together, and it was. Thank you so much.
